You must not

Share or ask for phone numbers, emails, social handles or payment details to move a job off the platform.
Harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse anyone.
Post sexual, violent or hateful content, or anything illegal.
Book or offer anything illegal, including controlled substances, weapons, or work that needs a licence you do not hold.
Create fake reviews, fake accounts or fake jobs, or misuse someone else's identity or card.
Try to break, scrape or overload the app, or get around its security.

How we enforce it

Messages are screened automatically and suspicious content is held back. We may remove content, warn, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches lead to permanent removal.
