Before completion

If a delivered job is not right, raise it from the job screen within 72 hours of delivery, before it auto-completes. The money stays in escrow while it is open.

The options

Request rework: the provider gets one agreed chance to fix it.
Partial outcome: one side proposes a split of the escrow; it settles when the other side accepts the same split.
Provider return: the provider hands the job back and the client is refunded.
Milestone dispute: only the milestone in question is frozen.

Escalation

If you cannot agree, message support. Our team reviews the brief, the messages, the status history and the proof, and decides how the escrow is split. We aim to decide within 5 working days.

Fees on a split

The platform fee applies only to the part released to the provider.
