MyLevelUpHQ charges one fee: 15% of the amount released to the provider. It is deducted from the provider's share. Clients pay the job price they agreed and nothing more.
When a dispute ends in a split, the fee applies only to the provider's share. For example, on a 100 job settled 60/40, the provider receives 60 less 15%, and the client is refunded 40 with no fee.
Tips go to the provider and are paid out in the same weekly run.
Prices show in your chosen currency at the day's exchange rate. Payments are processed in US dollars, so the exact amount on your card statement can differ slightly because of your bank's conversion.
