Who is responsible

Marketercore Ltd is the controller of your personal data. Contact us through Message support or at support@myleveluphq.com.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, mobile number, password (stored only as a one-way hash).
Verification results from our identity partner. We receive the result, not your ID images.
Jobs, messages, photos, proof of delivery, reviews and receipts.
Location while a job is in progress, if you allow it.
Payment records. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us.
Device and sign-in records used to keep your account secure.

Why we use it

To run the service and the contract between clients and providers.
To keep people safe and prevent fraud (identity checks, message screening, incident handling).
To meet legal duties such as accounting and tax records.
To send service messages. We send marketing only if you opt in.

Who we share it with

The other party to your job sees what they need (a provider sees a client's first name and initial; neither sees the other's phone number). Service providers who process data for us: Stripe (payments), Persona (identity checks), Twilio (SMS codes), Resend (email), Anthropic (the AI assessment, which receives your answers but not your identity), and our hosting provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

See the Retention schedule. In short: identity documents are deleted 30 days after a decision, financial and audit records are kept 7 years, messages 24 months after a job settles, location traces 90 days.
