You are an independent business, not an employee, worker or agent of MyLevelUpHQ. You decide which requests to accept, when you work and how you do the work, within the agreed scope. You supply your own tools and transport.
You must pass identity verification before taking work. Home jobs need enhanced clearance: ten completed errand jobs, a rating of 4.0 or more, no upheld complaints, a completion rate above 95%, no open safety incidents, the home safety training and an admin-approved document file (including insurance).
Your share of every released job is the amount released minus MyLevelUpHQ's 15% fee. Everything released in a week is paid out on the Wednesday of the following week to the payout account you linked through Stripe, in your local currency.
Your reliability score starts at 100. Cancellations, no-shows and accepting then returning work reduce it; clean completions rebuild it. A low score limits instant booking and can lead to a review.
You are responsible for holding any insurance and licences your work requires, and for your own tax and social-security obligations. See Insurance & coverage and Tax information.
