Your rights

Access: a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction: fix anything inaccurate.
Deletion: we delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it; if so, we tell you which rule and until when.
Portability: your jobs, receipts and reviews in a machine-readable format.
Objection: stop automated matching based on your profile; you can still search manually.
Withdraw consent for anything based on consent, such as marketing.

How to ask

Message support in the app or email support@myleveluphq.com. We may verify your identity first. We reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or to the data-protection authority where you live.
