Both sides are identity-verified. Home jobs are only offered to providers with enhanced clearance and completed home safety training. A job cannot be switched into an in-home job after acceptance.
A provider may leave any situation they believe is unsafe. They are paid for time on site and are never penalised in reliability or ranking for a safety exit.

Reports go straight to our trust team, who may pause accounts while they review. Incidents must be reported within two hours where possible.
