As independent businesses, providers are responsible for declaring their income and paying their own tax and social-security contributions. MyLevelUpHQ does not deduct tax from payouts. Your Earnings screen and receipts give you a record of every job, fee and payout.
If you are registered for VAT, GST or a similar tax, you are responsible for charging and accounting for it on your services. MyLevelUpHQ's fee may itself be subject to tax where the law requires.
Where the law requires platforms to report sellers' earnings to tax authorities, we will do so and tell you what was reported.
Every job produces a receipt showing the price and, for businesses, the provider's details for your records.
