Clients and providers verify a government ID and a live selfie with our identity partner, Persona, and confirm a mobile number by SMS.

An insurance certificate reviewed by our trust team.
A background-check document, where available in your country, reviewed by our trust team.
Completion of all eight home safety training modules.
A track record: ten completed errands, a 4.0+ rating, a 95%+ completion rate and no upheld complaints or open incidents.

Ratings, complaints, reliability and incidents are monitored continuously. Clearance can be paused or removed at any time if a gate stops being met.
